A supply agreement can cover changing ore campaigns without pretending that one anionic PAM grade is universally suitable. Keep commercial planning separate from feed-specific qualification. A practical program records the candidate, operating range and switching conditions that each duty has actually demonstrated.
Map the expected campaign conditions
List relevant ore, fines, clay, water and upstream-treatment changes with the separator duty. Identify which variations are normal and which remain uncertain. A campaign schedule is useful for sourcing, but it is not a charge-demand measurement. Collect representative material from justified operating conditions. Do not group every mineral stream under one product code solely to simplify an annual purchasing volume.
Decide whether one or several approvals are justified
Compare candidates across the relevant envelope using controlled preparation and normalized dose. Determine whether one useful operating window exists or whether separately approved alternatives are needed. The tailings screen organizes evidence, while production approval defines the step beyond samples. Avoid uncontrolled switching whenever feed appearance changes without measured criteria.
Control identity and changeover
If alternatives are approved, give each a distinct order and receiving identity. Define the triggering condition and responsible reviewer, with an appropriate preparation and stock procedure. Do not mix different grades in a tank or unlabelled hopper to use up remnants. Keep operators able to identify which candidate generated each result. A commercial framework should not permit a supplier to substitute untested material without agreement.
Forecast demand with the operating evidence
Estimate useful stock from dry-solids loading, verified consumption and the campaign schedule. Separate forecasts from confirmed release orders. Include protected storage and supplier-acknowledged timing for the selected grades. Review forecasts as actual feed and dose change. A convenient annual average can conceal a difficult peak or leave too much of a grade qualified only for a campaign that has already ended.
Record the purchase decision
Complete the following checks with actual measurements, observations or an agreed document reference. Keep an untested condition visible as a limitation rather than assuming equivalence. The candidate code, sample identity and trial method must remain attached to the decision so purchasing and operations approve the same product and duty.
| Check | Evidence | Order decision |
|---|---|---|
| Feed map | Ore/fines and water changes by campaign | Qualification follows distinct operating duties |
| Approval | One or several documented dose windows | Grade strategy is supported by evidence |
| Supply control | Identity, forecast and switching responsibility | Purchasing does not authorize silent substitution |
Send a useful sample and quotation enquiry
Send the expected campaign sequence, representative feed range, separator and current candidate approvals. Include measured consumption by duty, package storage and delivery constraints. Identify which forecasts are uncertain and who will authorize a product switch when a new condition appears.
Include quantity, packaging preference and destination separately from the technical approval. Use the anionic PAM sample worksheet to define the candidate screen and confirm quality documents and delivered supply scope for the selected identity. Gongyi Xinqi Polymer Co., Ltd. can review the requirements. Availability, commercial terms and application suitability require confirmation; a process name does not establish a universal dose or guaranteed operating result.
Request a focused sample review
Send solids, water, separator and purchasing requirements for this duty.
